Early in the morning on the Yellowstone River. Searching for images with fires in the west producing a lot of smoke. The calm of this image is what attracted my attention and the warm tones from the early morning smoky sun brought an unusual color. All I felt for a very pleasing photograph on an otherwise difficult day.

Gary Felton is not only a photographer, but also a creative expert. Earning a degree in photography from Brooks Institute in Santa Barbara, California in 1973. Gary has accumulated over 40 years of experience as an advertising/commercial specialist. Opening an advertising photography studio In Los Angeles In 1974, Gary went on to be a well-regarded photographer for his advertising and architectural photography work.
