The tobago Cays. An aquatic wonderland. Situated in the Caribbean in the island chain known as the Grenadines. The water gets just inches deep in some places. The bottom is mostly white sand. When the light transits the water and bounces of the white sand, most of the red light in the spectrum is abosrbed. This leaves mostly blue light and thus the blue color to the water. The deeper the water the more blue it is. So no you can't take bottles of sampled water with you for the color.
